I have never wrote the recipes in the second language. I think that writing recipes can help English learners in a lot of areas: Food related vocabulary , giving instructions, discussion of ideas . So, I decided to write the recipes at my blog.

When I come to Sydney, I enjoy cooking with my boyfriend at home. One day, I told him I miss "Okonomiyaki". Then, I decide to make one by myself. Actually, I did not know how to make "Okonomiyaki" before. He told me it is very easy to cook and told me not to worry about it.

In the beginning, we bought some ingredient at supermarket. In Ashfield, the Supermarket has a lot of food and ingredient from Asian. We could buy anything what we wanted to buy there.
